TERMS & CONDITIONS

Quote is valid for 7 days. For confirmation, we require 100% advance, based on the indicated flying time, handling charges, overnight stay etc. vide Cheque/Draft/RTGS in favour of MILLION- AIR JETS PVT LTD, payable at Mumbai.
Minimum 2hrs flying time will be charged on everyday basis. The flying time quoted above is approximate and may vary. The final settlement of bills shall be done on actual hours flown or Block hours as accepted by the client.

Above flight timings are indicated in NIL wind conditions and billing would be on actual time taken for the flight “chocks off to chocks on”, depending upon weather/ wind/ fog/ visibility/ diversion/ flight safety and operational restrictions.
The Insurance for the trip, passengers, aircraft, and third party is covered by the operator & the same is binding even though the invoice will be issued by Million-Air Jets Pvt Ltd. The Contract of carriage and all liabilities associated thereof will be between the operator and customer.
Cancellation: 50% of the charter cost if the flight is cancelled after confirmation, 75% of the charter cost if the flight is cancelled any time before 48hrs of scheduled departure, 100% of the charter cost in case of no notice/no show/if the flight is cancelled anytime within 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
FORCE MAJURE Operator does not hold itself responsible for non-operation of charter for any unforeseen reason/s such as 1. Bad Weather 2. Poor Visibility 3. Non – Availability of clearances from ATC / Defense Authorities / Civil Administration 4. Technical Snag which cannot be rectified within the time limit and effect the operation of flight: –Due to above reasons if the flight cannot take off from the Originating station full amount will be refunded or Million-Air Jets Pvt Ltd will seek a replacement aircraft from it industry wide network. Any additional cost incurred towards the same shall be billed to the client.
We always obtain the destination weather before departure. However, if due to sudden deterioration of weather en-route / destination, the aircraft cannot land at the Destination and has to return to the starting point or divert to some other airport, the actual flying time would be chargeable and balance if any, would be payable / refundable.
Declaration: While we endeavor to provide the aircraft as per customers’ requirement, Million-Air Jets Pvt Ltd shall not be liable to pay any financial damages or be held responsible for any cancellation of flights due to technical snags, inclement weather, poor visibility, non-availability of clearances or any other reasons beyond the control of the company. Please note the above offer is made subject to continuing availability of aircraft at the time of blocking the charter.
Government taxes & levies, if any, will be paid by the customer. Goods & Services Tax of 18% will be applicable on all the charges.

We require Names, Nationality, Passport No., Date of issue and Date of expiry of Passport of passengers travelling well in advance to obtain prior permissions in case of foreign passengers.
